The Gallette des Rois (or “Kings’ Day Cake”) is traditionally eaten on Twelfth Night (twelve days after Christmas) though French families now enjoy it throughout the month of January. In this cultural cooking class, children and their adult companions will learn how to make the frangipane filling, craft crowns and participate in the traditional game associated with eating this dessert.
