This savory tarte is a traditional recipe from the Provence region of Southern France. Lisa’s recipe is a family favorite from Aunt Dominique. In France, this dish is enjoyed as either a light meal accompanied by a salad; or shared with friends as an hors d’oeuvre. The special herb blend, a signature of Provence, pairs nicely with a glass of chilled dry rose wine.
