Our Food Philosophy: All of our sweet and savory treats are homemade from scratch using high quality ingredients, such as Kerry Gold Irish butter, pasture raised organic eggs, or grade-A whole nuts, and herbs from Lisa’s garden.
Our Baker: Sojourner Tours owner, Lisa, does all the baking herself.
Our Recipes: Lisa shares her favorite recipes, collected over her lifetime from family & friends, as well as, from foreign lands as she traveled around the world. If you talk with her at the market, you’ll quickly see that each item brings back warm memories of people and places. For Lisa, flavors and aromas can transport us -like songs that bring back old memories. With each bite, you’ll discover a mix of time-honored French treats; secret family recipes; exotic flavors; old-fashioned aromas… Lisa hopes to offer you a brief escape from the daily grind and moment of ephemeral pleasure.
